Shōtengai Radio - Building In Tenjin-Minami

Tsuruha Drug Store in Tenjin-Minami, Fukuoka. Part of my ongoing world building project "Shōtengai Radio". Portraying everyday life in a not-so-distant future Japan. Classic sci-fi and mechanical anime design cues blend together into a new yet familiar retro-future language. Drawing from Bubble and Showa Era nostalgia, the world of Shōtengai Radio is an eclectic mix of tech, graphics, old and new.
